I have been meaning to draw him for months but couldn't decide on some important details until I drew

Tusk works for the Government who have him undercover following Pasco. Only thing is, Tusk has been best mates with Pasco and Lamar for a lot longer than his employers will ever know.
So really, all he does is hang around with Pasco and his crew having fun and commiting crimes against the Government that he will never be accountable for -he gets paid to do this
